“My interest in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training began when I became an avid and successful athlete in college. By graduation, I had attained honors as an All-Conference, All-state, All-region and Adidas Academic All-America Athlete. I saw athletes get injured and then witnessed their full recoveries through Physical Therapy. I volunteered in various rehabilitation settings and knew then that I wanted to join this healing profession.” Jason Fahs graduated from the College of Staten Island with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999. Andrea Hajduk, MS, PT“I have worked in a variety of hospital and outpatient settings and provided care for a wide range of clients. After all these years of practice, I still love working with both the young and the old. I appreciate the wisdom and life experiences of the older clients, and I enjoy the energy of the younger ones. Physical therapy, indeed, is a most satisfying career as I help some clients improve their golden years or assist a young person return to an athletic competition.”
Andrea graduated with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 1980. Andrea has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, hospitals, assisted living facilities and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Andrea’s special clinical interests include geriatric care, manual therapy and stroke rehabilitation. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and sailing. |
